Custom/Commissioned Orders 

  • Can I request a commissioned painting?
    • At the moment we are not accepting requests for commissioned paintings
  • Can order a print in a bigger size?
    • If you would like to request alternative print and frame sizes please contact us at sxsscollection@gmail.com and we will get back to you with a quote.

Orders and Delivery

  • How much does shipping cost?
    • Shipping costs for prints that come with a frame is £3.70 
    • Shipping costs for solo prints is £1.50
    • We currently only offer standard delivery, which takes between 3-10 days to arrive.
    • We are currently only shipping to the UK
  • When will my order arrive?
    • Please allow up to 3-10 days for your order to arrive (UK). We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible but if you still haven’t received your order by then please contact us at sxsscollection@gmail.com.
  • How can I track my order?
    • We don’t offer a comprehensive tracking service at the moment. However, you will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order, and another email when your order is on its way to you.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Once you place your order you will not be able to cancel it. If you change your mind you can return your order once you receive it.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  • How long do I have to make a return?
    • You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return your item.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • How do I make a return?
    • To start a return, you can contact us at sxsscollection@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Do I have to pay for my return?
    • You will need to pay for the cost of shipping.
    • Once we confirm that we have received your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account.
  • Can I request an exchange?
    • You can only request an exchange for faulty or damaged products.
